Rain is usually not a problem. You will be wet anyway. Only in case of a very heavy rainfall or thunderstorms the tours might need to be  postponed a bit or even cancelled in some cases. If that happens, we will let you know in time.

Please ensure you bring swimwear to wear underneath the wetsuits provided. We recommend bringing a towel for your convenience. 

The Sušec beginner canyoning tour is suitable for families with young children as well as adults that might be unsure about going for the intermediate tour. However, most somewhat sporty adults (even beginners) will go for the intermediate canyoning tour Fratarica. The Predelica canyoning tour will suit those who have at least some previous canyoning experience.

Yes, we offer a pick-up service in Bovec and nearby villages Soča, Kal-Koritnica, Plužna, Čezsoča, Log Čezsoški and Žaga. You need to book the pick-up option at the time of booking. 

All the necessary rafting or canyoning equipment is included in the price. You need to bring just swimwear and a towel.

No. We will provide you with rafting or canyoning shoes.

Of course, but we strongly recommend bringing a strap so you can tie them around your head.

Please note that we can’t accept responsibility for any lost or broken glasses or other personal items.

You will leave all your stuff in our van before the start of the tour. We recommend you leave valuables in your hotel or at our meeting point.

Yes, every guide has a dry bag where you can put your medicine. Please inform us about your condition before the start of the tour.

Yes, you can. We recommend putting the camera on your helmet. We provide helmets with classic GoPro mounts upon request. Please note that there is a limited number of helmets available, so we can’t always guarantee one will be available. You can also bring your own GoPro helmet mount.

We would like to inform you, that we don’t allow cameras on selfie sticks on our tours, since you will need to use your hands for either paddling or rappelling.

We are not responsible for possible lost or broken cameras.

We don’t recommend that, since there’s a very high chance you will lose or damage it and you won’t be able to take many photos anyway since you will need to use your hands either for paddling or rappelling. Instead we will take photos for you.

Accident insurance is not included. Every participant is responsible for their own accident insurance.

We clean our equipment after each use with Coco Loco Eco Wetsuit Cleaner, a natural and eco-friendly shampoo. While we strive for quick drying, it may happen on rare occasions that the wetsuits are not completely dry, but they are guaranteed to be clean and fresh-smelling.
