Access your photos by clicking the Download now button. The link will take you to our Google Drive folder where you will have to search for the date and time of your tour.
Get your videos
In addition to providing free photos of each tour, we also offer the option to capture your unforgettable tour moments in high-resolution videos on most of our tours. Our skilled guides put in extra effort to ensure that each video showcases the most memorable moments of your adventure.
While we do require a small fee for this service, we are confident that the value and lasting memories captured in these videos will exceed your expectations. If videos have been recorded on your tour, you can access them here.

The videos are captured in a natural environment and near water. As a result, there is a slight possibility of water droplets obstructing the lens and affecting the footage in rare instances. However, we strive to provide a wide variety of videos for you to choose from, so even if a couple of them do not meet your expectations, there will still be plenty to choose from.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the videos, kindly send us an email and we will be happy to issue a refund. Therefore, your purchase is completely risk-free.
We try to keep the videos online for at least two or three weeks, but since the files are quite large, we sometimes have to delete some older ones to make space for new ones, so we recommend downloading them sooner rather than later.
While we strive to make the video service available for all our guests, our number one priority is safety and providing high quality guiding services. Therefore we kindly advise that we may not be able to offer our video service on every tour. Thank you for your understanding.
