Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour – Plans can change — we understand. You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your experience. After that, our 24-hour policy applies, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

If you need to cancel later than 24h before your tour, we kindly remind you that partial or full refunds might still be possible in certain conditions with our additional Full Refund Protection option. Read more below.

Full Refund Protection Option

In addition to our standard 24-hour cancellation policy, you can upgrade your booking with our Full Refund Protection for extra peace of mind. This allows you to receive a full refund even if you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour start time, provided you present a doctor’s note or other valid proof of a serious, unforeseen event (e.g., illness, injury, accident, or other force majeure circumstances) preventing participation.
