These often have reinforced knees and elbows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Neoprene Socks:<\/strong> To keep your feet warm inside your shoes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Neoprene Gloves<\/strong>: recommended in colder weather only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Helmet:<\/strong> Falling stones or slipping on wet surfaces are real risks.
